   Although we are now "empty nester's", we still have hectic and irradic schedules. We were eating out too much and often late at night. It has been such a pleasure to know I can reach in the freezer for one of her "delicious" entrees (I let it thaw overnight in the frig) and 30 to 45 minutes later, you are ready to eat. Often, we only need to add a salad to complete the meal. My only regret is that I didn't know about the Fork and Knife Chef sooner!!

   I hired The Fork and Knife Chef for a birthday present and her private cooking class was phenomenal. Not only did she come prepared with cooking utensils she also purchased harder to find ingredients and guided me in choosing recipes both my boyfriend and I could enjoy (we have very different tastes.) She also provided us with great advice on how to find fresh ingredients and how to make cooking easier. To top it off, she was extremely affordable and willing to work within the budget I had set. I would recommend her for any event whether it be an intimate gathering or a large catered event.
