New York Appliance Repair gave me prompt service

I bought my Kenmore gas oven back in 1996. After serving my household needs for 10 years my oven stopped keeping the temperature accurately and consistently. So I called New York Appliance Repair. When I called them, after a few minutes on the phone with their customer service department, they suggested that I check if my gas valve was open all the way. Sure enough the gas line had bent after the oven was moved a week before the problem appeared. Some companies would try to make more money out of this situation, by sending a service tech to my house. But New York Appliance Repair suggested the best solution for me, at the least possible cost to me, and I appreciate that.

New York Appliance Repair’s service is great. New York Appliance Repair estimated exactly what needed to be done without try to sell me more then what I need. And they know everything about gas household appliances, especially Kenmore gas ovens.

Excellent Experience with New York Appliance Repair

I have a rental property in North New York and I used New York Appliance Repair to fix my Whirlpool washer since my tenant told me that the washer wasn’t spinning and they couldn’t do their laundry.

The technician who came to do the repair was excellent. My tenant told me that he showed up on time, exactly as they promised, fixed the washer right away and left the working area very clean. And the repair process was superb. Once the technician found the problem he call me directly to tell me what the problem was and how much it would cost. The payment was done over the phone and within hour the washer was working.

I have used New York Appliance Repair several items and I am very satisfied with the service.

I purchased house that came with very old appliances that were giving me trouble. But the GE dishwasher and the Kenmore dryer weren’t working well at all. Before I did remodeling I decided to repair the old appliances instead of buying new ones.

So I called New York Appliance Repair to request a service. The customer service representative was very helpful and polite. He offered me the choice of same day service or another time that was convenient for me. And everything was done just as they say they would. I will definitely be doing business again with New York Appliance Repair.
