    A+A+A+A+A+A+ Buffet. Need I say more?? I'm never ashamed to take out of towners here, as I am with the other supposed "Locally owned" places. The Mexican slop around here is sad, so this Chinese Buffet is a pleasant change from having to eat either BBQ or Mexican.
    I hope they continue to do well, if they don't it's not beause of my patronage...it'll be from people believing everything they read!
    Do yourself a treat and just TRY this place,...you won't be sorry.

    To the person who was not impressed, I am very WELL travelled and eat at restaurants 40% of my time. The Dragon China Buffet is absolutely superb in their service and selection of food. The staff are very well mannered and deserve more than the 15% tip which is standard. The Asian/American selections are just what I have found world wide. Next time you should try a hamburger

    By far the best Chinese in Carlsbad. Great service, lots of fresh food, and open all day long.
