    My carpet cleaning was well above average and I really liked the people doing the work. Most of the stains came out, even ones I thought would not. They arrived two hours late though but I understand after watching how hard they worked. In their defense, they did call to let me know way earlier in the day. The only problem was I scheduled them to come out early enough for the carpets to dry before the kids came home from work. They did make up for it when they got here though :)

    The service was very good service today. I also wrote an e-mail to your customer service commending the technicians on their hard work. My wife was also very pleased and she is set to be induced in the morning so you guys really helped us out a lot.

    The guys were really nice and thorough yesterday with my cleaning. They were very friendly to talk to and I feel like they enjoyed what they did. I am very happy.
