I really wish Time warner would fix this situation here in yuma. This companys makes so much money off the military alone (no other company is allowed to provideinternet or cable on base)
Customer service? how about getting reconnected to some guy in India who can speak english.
This is a monopoly and that is how they get away with horrible products, horrible services, and horrible customer satisfaction. After this I will be sending an email to BBB. So if you read this TWC start thinking about fixing your company in Yuma.
Worst service ever. Customer service is rude beyond all reason and thats ok because hey, who else are you gonna call? If comcast moved down here they would make a killing! I can't wait till this contract is up so i can get the hell out of this town and get decent speeds back in detroit.
Their customer service is to say the least. Called to have tech check out a audio problem and left me with lime green and blackish blue screen. Called to get tech back and got nothing but the run around. Called supervision in Colorado springs cause that's where you have to call is a JOKE. NEVER return calls and claimed work was completed on work order. Still have bad audio and bad picture.
