User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOutstanding customer service! Excellent quality! Great job! We faxed our lunch order an hour ahead of time however, when we arrived our lunch wasn't ready therefore, we received a free lunch and a huge apology. Chipotle staff followed up with a phone call two hours later to ask how our lunch was and to apologize again. Later that week a staff member delivered free chips and salsa to our office. Next week, we received free burrito's delivered to our office.
I am so pleased with Chipotle's high level of customer service. I have never know a chain restaurant to go above and beyond the call of duty in the last few weeks. We will forever be loyal and more than happy to dine at your Ellisville store. This store is five stars plus in our book! Great job, and keep up the good work Ellisville! We love Chipotle!
