   Great work on my tile on Saturday. I promised the tech if it dried well I'd leave a good review. He was pretty insistent that I call in if there were any problems. Luckily, it dried just fine and everything is beautiful. It's pretty amazing that they care about their customers enough to insist they call if there is a problem. Usually the guarantee is hidden in fine print on the invoice (if it's even there).

   I've been using a "dry cleaning" company for the past few years and they always told me that my carpets needed to be replaced. I went with them because of the cheap price and the warranty but this time my husband insisted we have the carpets steam cleaned. I am so glad he did because I didn't realize the difference between the two. Chris and Toula really awed me! Chris said that a carpet cleaning company is only as good as their employees and their employees are only as good as their tools. This makes perfect sense. I'm never again going to fall victim to the myth that dry cleaning is better. Great work guys! Thank you very much!
