    I had an old cat that just passed away and she spent most of the time in the spare bedroom. I never thought the smell would come out. Atlantis came out and did everything from tearing out the old pad to cleaning the back of the carpet. They were able to salvage it and get the odor out completely. Their estimate was also lower than two others I called first from yahoo local. Don't be fooled by the low prices you get over the phone, they don't last 5 minutes. Atlantis was very honest with me on the phone and told me it would take a good deal of extra work. The quote was good too compared to the other two I got.
