Initial quote was reasonable, but soon followed up with extra charges. At best he cannot reasonably estimate effort involved in a task. His dry walling skills are TERRIBLE. I ended up redoing most of it, and drywall is half of what kept him coming and going. Speaking of, he would come and work for about an hour, and then leave. He mentioned he doesn't like painting, so he wouldn't do the painting. I can only imagine his painting after seeing his drywall. He advertises finishes basements... ugh. He could not produce an meaningful invoice to account for the overages (bunch of $0 [trivial] work items and then a big fat "labor" line hiding the entire breakdown). Also, I got multiple 7am calls rescheduling an expected 8am arrival for work. On whole, this vendor is totally unreliable and I would never use him again -- and advise you not to, either. Owner seems to be sole employee, B G being his initials.
