User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis is a great establishment. The women there are very supportive, and many of them have been on Jenny Craig themselves! It is great to have someone know what you are going through. They give GREAT health advice. This is not a place to go to for a "Quick Fix". Jenny Craig is about helping your change your lifestyle to be healthy. They give you all the tools to do it, and to succeed- you just have to put in the elbow grease.
I really didn't think I could do a "DIET", but honestly I eat more often, and more food than I did on my own. I am never hungry. If you are curious about it, call and set up a free meeting. You won't be disappointed.
