CLOSED.....
I was excited to read the reviews, but upon calling to make an appointment the message informs callers that the salon/spa has now closed permanently.

This salon is very close to my office for starters. Always great customer service. A head massage when your getting your hair washed to DIE FOR!!! CHRISTIAN IS AN ANGEL. Very easy to work with my schedule. Heather is a great asset to this salon. I highly recommend to all the ladies and men if your looking for a relaxing, friendly place to have your hair taken care of THIS IS IT!! Stop looking and go here!

I had a wonderful spa package experience at Factions. The receptionist, massage therapist, mani/pedi-curist and facialist were all top notch and very professional. The spa is quite inviting, friendly and above-all, relaxing without it being too pretentious. It's a fantastic big-city spa oasis with a small-town feel. I will definitely return again.
