User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband and I are truly blessed to have Maritess represent us. She got us a great bank to work with, and a great attorney. She never gave up on us, even when we gave up on ourselves. She was there when ever we needed her, and answered all of our questions. (Maritess, thank you for liking my fake flowers LOL) I would defenetly recommend MARIVIC !!!!!

I cant speak for anyone else here but maritess helped me out a lot, she was great. I was ready to give the house up. Since my mom died it was hard to keep up with the bills and I was trying to take care of them myself but just couldnt do it no more.
Maritess had me get a lawyer, pulled it out of foreclosure and then got me a buyer all within a few weeks and after the bills are paid I walked away with a few dollars in my pocket. Now I dont have to worry about the banks coming after me no more either.
I know we didnt make it any easier for you to do but she kept us on track and we did get to sell the house fast and in a messed up market while its bad.
Thank you guys both Maritess and Victor are angels I dont know what I'd of done without you guys. -

I had one agent working with me, she was good but everyone was willing to help. I think they said they are a new office only open a few months but you wouldn't guess, it probably doesn't matter most of them have been realtors for years. They only have a few agents in the office but all of them seem genuinely interested to help you, that was nice.
She did a good job and the office was very supportive, can't knock that.
By the way we closed really fast, I didn't know you can buy a house so quick. I'm happy,

I'd agree, though the office doesn't have a hundred agents they're very professional and worked quickly. They have a teamwork attitude which came off a bit like an act at first but I found them helpful and on top of things. I thought they were just putting on a show to get my business at first. everyone seemed eager to help and not in a greedy give me the deal way. I was helped by more than just one agent when needed. In the end i was very pleased to find it wasn't an act after all, everyone seemed genuine and helpful. I actually really liked the service it was refreshing.
