    I've used this service and franchise many times before and would recommend it to others. I've always experienced on time service and friendly employees. It's easy, you pick out a 2 hr promise window, and they make it between that window. I would go out of my way to recommend this company. Keep up the good work JUNK!

    They have poor customer service. I met with the manager and booked an appointment for 8am a week in advance. It was to clean up a 23 unit building. On the day of the appointment at 7:55 i received a call that they would be there between 8 and 10 more likely 9:30. I was told they had to empty the truck. I feel they have no regard for anyone's time. I will not recommend this company to anyone infact I will go out of my way to tell people about my experience.
