One of only 5 companies in the United States that grows Shiitake's the same way Mother Nature does. Don't be fooled by Sawdust Log grown shiitake, not the same at all. Fungi Farm has the best, my logs grew mushrooms right away. Great little farm tucked in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range. Wish more local Grocery Stores carried your mushrooms.
