User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI'm a business owner and know good service when I see it. These guys are great! I have them out to clean carpet at rental properties whenever a tenant moves out. They take the nasty rooms of carpet, that really look like they are on their last leg, and then make it like new. Brand new! I have to do everything I can to save many and turn a profit on the rental properties and I just couldn't do it if I had to replace everything when it gets a little dirty or worn out. If you think your carpets just can't be clean, think again and then call these guys.

The friendliness and service were top notch. Mark arrived on time, professionally dressed and ready to get to work. My carpets looked almost like the day I had it installed new. I was very impressed. I will use Premier again.
