Fellow Whitmanites, you MUST support this local business; if we can't support a cool-ass cafe like this, Whitman doesn't deserve to have nice things. I love pizza and subs as much as the next guy, but it is SOOOO nice to have an alternative where I can get espresso, delicious baked goods, and quality ingredients including pesto (yes, pesto!), ciabatta bread, and prosciutto.
The panini sandwiches are the highlight of the menu.I love the grilled chicken, the roast beef, and the four cheese panini. The lattes and cappuccinos are solid, I love the salads, the triple chocolate cookies rule, and the muffins are untouchable.
Trio always has rad specials like vegetable lasagna and taco soup, and it should be noted that they serve a respectable and simple cup of coffee, if that's what you are looking for. Add to all this a friendly mom & pop atmosphere, and this makes Trio Cafe the standout alternative for food in Whitman.

I found Trio's on the internet while searching for a catering place in my the area. I looked at their website and looked at reviews from other customers. Since they are just a short distance from me, I decided to stop by there and place my order. Their website is a bit
fancy so I was expecting a large Cafe with a bunch of seating. However, Trio's is a small cafe with just a few tables. Having travelled a bit in my life. I know never to judge a restaurant by it's size. What Trio Cafe lacks in square footage, it
more than makes up for in Friendliness, Service, and Quality! From the friendly, helpful assistance with ordering, to the on time deliverey and exceptionally
prepared/great tasting food. A huge hit was the Sicilian pizza and the Cranberry-Walnut Chicken salad finger sandwiches. The entrees filled everyone up and the "Awesome" desert tray sent all
my guests home wishing they lived in the neighborhood too. The Trio Cafe in Whitman is a
place I would recommend to anyone!-

I had them cater my 10th year wedding anniversary party, the food was excellent they went over and beyond for us! My guest loved the food, I would recommend Trio Cafe A+++++
