We would not recommend this auto center. They are the stereotype of mechanics who sat on our car for a day before looking at it, minutes before closing, then couldn't guarantee that it would be done the next day. We have to trust that the labor they put into our inexpensive part and repair job cost over 3 times the amount of the parts. They may have had our car for 3 days had we not pushed it alone via phone, with a very apathetic, rude, "I don't make any promises" response. The issue we dropped the car off for was a problem that this very auto center said we needed fixed a few months ago. After sitting on our car for a day we got a call from them saying that the problem we "had" wasn't actually the problem - that it was something else. As I drove the car away the same noise that we dropped the car off to be fixed for was there. When we expressed our dissatisfaction we received a voicemail from them with all kinds of "it's not my fault it's yours" excuses, and a threat to come at us with legal action if we write a bad review of them online. As if they control everything in the garage AND out. I have since found a much better, more accountable, and PROMPT service provider.
