I absolutely LOVE Cool Bamboo!!! The place is decorated very nicely, and the wait staff is SUPER NICE!!!! The food is down right amazing. I eat here at least once a month ( I have liver problems so I cant eat sushi too much ) and Im never disappointed!! This is a great place to try!

We love Cool Bamboo! They have decent sushi at a decent price and they're are really close to us so it's the best of all worlds. :)

It seems to still be a bit of a secret, based on the number of diners on a recent visit, but boy is it good. The prices are excellent and the sushi is fresh, creatively presented, and tasty. The service is attentive and the three LCD tv's over the sushi bar always have sports on. I really like this place and it is about 3/4 of a mile from my home. If the rest of the sushi lovers in Coppell figure it out, this place is going to be really, really busy. Really good food.
