User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI LOVE my new brick patio! I can't say enough about SLR - this company is a class act from start to finish. Not only is the end result gorgeous, the workmanship outstanding, the process itself was so smooth and painless. They move fast, work hard and leave everything CLEAN! Every time I called with a question - someone was there. Heck - they even helped me carry my groceries when I got home from the store. All in all, they are fabulous!

SLR Industries did a fantastic job on my driveway and front steps. They used nicoloc pavers to create a a beautiful walkway. The crew was really nice and the sales guy Frank had great ideas on how to enchance my driveway without spending a fortune. Thanks! I would recommed you guys to anyone!

My Masonary contractor sub contracted the blacktop
driveway job to SLR Industries in November 2008. A
day or two after the job was completed I noticed the blacktop was not
consistant. There was big chunks in some areas and
fine smooth areas in spots. I also noticed pock holes
in a few areas. I called 5 times within a month and
asked to speak to Lou who is the owner. He is never in the office and has not yet returned any of my phone calls. The day of the install it started to rain. The crew was very polite and assured me there would not be a problem. Lou, who also arrived during
the process was very polite and assured me they have done thousands of these jobs in this kind of weather.
Everyone I showed this job to agreed it was not done
properly or inferior asphalt was used.

Dear Paul, I think you are a SLR competitor!!!! WE DO NOT SUB-CONTRACT....ALL WORK IS DONE IN HOUSE WITH OUR OWN EQUIPMENT AND LABOR. We have an excellent record with the BBB and Dept C.A. We compleate thousands of jobs each year.
It's such a shame that such a slanderous review would be made about such a great company. I am a business owner myself and have been a victim of false claims as well (from competitors) It's terrible when that is their only marketing strategy is to trash their competition. I wish I could tell them just do good work like SLR and you won't have to do this. I came on here to write a review about the wonderful extension they did on my house. The exact reason I chose them in the first place was because they do not sub-contract. It is very rare these days. If you want Excellent work done by skilled, honest people call them. You will not be sorry! Thank you Anna
This is hilarious. Is this the way your respond to negative reviews by accusing the complainant that we are SLR competitors? I am not in your line of business. Nor do I care to be in it. I posted my honest opinion. I didn't say SLR subcontracted the work. Lou personally was at the job and these were clearly his men. MY CONTRACTOR contacted SLR to do the job and when I spoke to Lou, he said he would not speak to me any further and will only deal with my contractor if I had any problem. If You would like pictures to prove the inferior job. I will gladly post them for you. And Anna, you must be a relative or his wife because of the way your pounced on me. This site is meant to inform the public of a person's experience with a company. PLease allow me to voice mine.
