WOW! what an amazing experience at this palisades park location!
always thought I had to go to new york for cutting edge, spiritual fitness - but so glad to see a place exists right here in bergen county that's clean, easy to get to, with friendly staff, and amazing instructors - and not super duper crowded or smelly like the nyc places i went to.

Bikram isn't for everyone, but those that try it and stick with it all report amazing life-changing results and health benefits.

if you are ready for a change and invest in yourself, i say, check it out - unlike a gym where you need to be locked into a year contract, this studio offers flexible pricing options, depending on your needs including a super cheap week-long intro special!

LOVE IT!
