User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAs is usually the case, my computer stopped working with no warning. I'm in the midst of a job search so not having a computer was a big problem for me. Shawn quickly assessed the machine, explained the options (in language I could understand!), and had things up and running very quickly. Before considering his work to be done, he made certain all of the programs were functioning properly. His prices were very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Shawn.

Great service and great rates! I called and got same day service, and it was completed in a very short time. Shawn repaired the registry and other operational issues that have been building up for several years and causing me problems. My computer now is running like new.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI'm glad I found Shawn, also. He has helped my friend's computer, then my daughter's, and now mine within the course of about 3 months. Please try and repair what you have. With Shawn, it's cost effective. We do not need more electronics in the garbage. Donate anything you must give up to someone who WILL USE IT or consider giving it to Shawn, if he accepts them. Maybe he can use the parts. As others say, he's efficient, explains your choices, over-delivers where he can and his prices are very reasonable. Five stars. Linda
