User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe best animal clinic I have found in the area. My cats would have died without Dr. Harper and her assistants. Dr. Vanessa Harper is very professional and knowledgeable. She will listen to owner input. This is a fairly new service. It's located next to Radio Shack on South Mineral Street in Keyser, WV. It is clean and well set up but it doesn't have the facilities for overnight stays. As emergency vets they are great!
