This is the best Indian food in the Springs, and it just keeps getting better. The menu can be bewildering, just because of the sheer number of dishes available. Try the Thali, the combination plate, to get a feel for what you really like. (Warning: It is a LOT of food! But then you have a great lunch for tomorrow.) For the adventurous vegetarian, the veggie biriyani is a meal in itself, studded with sultanas and all manner of vegetables. Excellent buffet at lunchtime and Thursday evenings. Pleasant, personal service, good wines and Indian beers round out a great experience. Please eat here, because I want this restaurant to stay around a long time!

We just moved out here and love buffets. My husband are huge on sampling things, more than ordering just one main meal. I was watching the Discovery Channel today and they were covering Indian food. This resturant has great reviews. So is it only during lunch and Thursday evenings that they have a buffet menu?
