It looks great and we were really impressed with how efficient your entire crew was, especially considering how much needed to be removed from the front of the house. I had a basement finished with a bathroom. They didn't have the license to do plumbing, and took 4 weeks to find a plumber to approve the job. It still smells of sewer gas - NEVER get them for plumbing. The basement finish was middle-quality, and they tried to reprice items. You have to keep a close eye on the finish and workers, as they're constantly trying to cut corners. Alberto and Rosi are not builders by profession, and the average quality and planning shows.
