I've been there twice and they are very polite! Great service!

The last time I was in there I asked where the jack stands were the guy behind the counter actually came out and grabbed the ones I wanted off the shelf and brought it up to the register for me. Not a terribly heavy item for a small woman to carry but still a much appreciated gesture.

I also like these guys because they're NOT condescending to women asking for parts. I went in the first time to get a transmission filter for my '92 Bonneville and I wasn't questioned if "I was sure" I knew the right specs. The guy just looked up my part and got it for me, no questions asked. I really appreciate that!

I've been to some stores where the guy behind the counter talks down to me when I say I'm looking for (lets say a widget) for a 1992 Pontiac Bonneville; 3.8 liter, no turbo. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know what's under the hood. I've had this particular car coming up on 6 years and this is my second Bonneville; the only type of car I've ever owned so I'd better know what's under the hood by now.

Great job guys! I will ONLY use the Hazel Green O'Reilly store for all of my new parts needs. Congratulations! You've earned a repeat customer!
