Look people you guys need to get it together. What is it with the manager at this store i know his name is david Guzman. This guy was meant for anything other than customer service because as a store manager he puts the "I wish I never came to shop here" in the "I wish I never came to sho here". I mean the guy has a god awful attitude and talks down to his customers as if they were dogs. Maybe he should get a job as a mortitian where the people he sorrounds dont care how they get reactions from him he was rude and in my opinion should be fired at once. The fact that he works in the customer service field is an ABOMINATION. The assistand manager however was very nice and seemed eager to compensate for her bosses quazimodo-ish demeanor to his customers. she was very polite and gave the best she could under such horrible circumstances working for someone who seems like they just want to be put out of their misery. Her name on the name tag was Marina. The store itself was busy and kinda neat but i dont think it was packed on a saturday because people wanted to see him. I think its because its only one of two blockbusters in the area. I mean come on the store seems to want to excell, imagine how much better it would do if customer friendly individuals worked there not jerks like that droopy looking half wit that runs that store. If he even runs it because it is a new location. i am sure all he had to do for the store to run well was turn the key on opening day and since then has been cruising on auto pilot in store that obviously needed nothing more that personell to look good. i wont be going back to this place if i wanted to get treated badly i would visit my ex wife more often and then I would have a horror movie and this jerk David Guzman all rolled into one.
