I just bought Pilot 2010 from Honda Cars of Katy this weekend. The salesman Javier Balderas is a great guy, He was not pushing us, but gave a good advice. It took a few hours, but I understand why it was like that. We really got good deal and great service. Thanks, Javier.
Never recommending Honda Cars of Katy to anyone. When a sales person makes a mistake in giving out incorrect information about the additional options, the dealership does not take any ownership of this. 2 weeks ago, a manager informed me that he would call me back but never even attempted to make a call back. When i called, got another manager who stated that he would call me back after discussing the options with his seniors. Guess what. No call back either.
Yet, when you buy a car from them or if you state that you are a prospect customer, they either send you an email stating that they strive for customer satisfaction or they say that they are the best dealership.
If you are planning on spending approx $32K at this dealership, i would suggest not to. They are not worth your time and money as they are a bunch of liars and are not willing to gain back your trust after you have bought a car from them. They dont care. So Please dont fall for their false pretenses regarding their "strive for customer satisfaction".
I am not a first time car buyer. This is a 6th car i bought from a dealership. Comparing the company with any other dealership, i would say that this is the worst.
I recently relocated to Katy and needed work done on my Accord. After doing some research, I decided to take it to this location. Brandon greeted me in the service department and was very helpful. The whole process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this location for any service work!
