User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe British Builder has been working on the renovation of our early 1900s house in McKinney since February and it has been a great experience. Wayne Goodall (The British Builder) has shepherded the project through all the permits, approvals, and surprises a renovation can present. He has a good working relationship with the city officials which is very helpful for us since we live away from McKinney. Wayne is a good listener but is comfortable with the styles and quirks of older homes and has made valuable suggestions as we've worked through a number of issues. His attention to detail and the quality of work have been outstanding. His relationship with the folks at Southern Living has provided some opportunities for quality upgrades. Couldn't be happier.
