Miracle-Ear offered a free hearing exam, a great warranty that will take care of my investment where ever I travel within the United States, free service for my cleanings, free programming adjustments (as many as I feel necessary), and free annual hearing exam. My first 30 days after the purchase went extremely well, and I received the attention I deserved after spending the money my hearing loss warranted (I had 30 days to return or change styles of the hearing aid). Now I see my consultant every 3-4 months to be absolutely sure my hearing aids are clean and working well. Nearly each appointment I have the tubes replaced and/or tips replaced for no charge. I purchased the ME-1000 Opens. I literally forget I am wearing them sometimes (got in the shower once and had to jump back out to take them off, thankfully they still worked). I took them in the next day to the store and the consultant dried them in one of their machines just incase. I am impressed by the technology in hearing aids, I really had know idea how hearing aids worked and why they are so expensive. I did my research of all the companies around the Knox county area and I choose Miracle-Ear because of the service and care.......especially the FREE service and so far the care they have given me has exceeded my expectations.
