User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLove this place! Best egg rolls in the seacoast, open kitchen so you can watch them make the food. Always get plenty to eat, two of us eat VERY well for under $25 and have leftovers. Only wish the interior was nicer to eat in or they did a buffet, but food is always hot when I get it back to Dover. We've been eating here for several years, I order when I leave work and it's ready when I get there or shortly thereafter

I don't understand your review! My wife and I are truck drivers and we cannot find another chinese restaurant that compares to East Mountain. Their food is excellent, especially the crab rangoons! Order a large house rice and add it to a large order of their Lobster sause and you have a meal fit for a king! We have tried locating a chinese restaurant nationawide and cannot find any to compare to East Mountain! Give it a try, you will not regret it. It is money very well spent!
I like the Asia in Dover much better and the Kowloon is better too.
I do take out from East Mountain every Friday evening and haven't been disappointed yet. This is definitely a spartan take out only establishment, but it's sure a keeper. I ate at Dover Asia a couple months ago and the food was barely edible. Loads of bacon fat in the fried rice, soggy vegatables, heavily battered General Tao's chicken, the server's clothes were stained and the place smelled off. Maybe it was just a really bad night, but I wouldn't go back there again. As for Kowloon...when I feel like hitting myself in the head with a hammer multiple times, I drive the hell that is Route One in Saugus, MA.
The Asia is slipping no dout about it but I hate the fatty pork chunks in East Mount. pf rice and the boneless spare ribs are fatty too. I am looking forward to trying East restaurant in Wells rt1 in the old army navy store they we rated a top 10 in the nation Chinese recently. Oh I hope you went to the asia in Dover its my favorite.
