I needed a simple belt for my garden tractor. After being put on hold and finally talking to one person, he said it was the wrong dept. Back to the switchboard & then onto another person who put me on hold for another 10 minutes. I had the exact # from the tractor and they wanted an item # and argued with me that it wasn't the right one! I took it off of the tractor so I think it was right. She finally just told me they didn't have it. I called the Lowe's in Butler, PA and it was the same phone hold run around & got cut off and then the guy laid the phone down while he helped someone else start a tractor, while I waited. He finally looked forever and the store didn't even carry that belt for that tractor. I'll NEVER shop in another Lowes as long as I live!!!!!!!
