Everyone was polite, but unfortunately, they were unable to figure out how to adjust the rear camber on my vehicle. In fact, they did a horrible job. It was given back to me in worse camber than it was when I brought it to them. They said I needed extra parts etc. The next day I took my vehicle to the dealership and they were able to bring the camber into specs within 30 minutes. RPM did refund me the $90 dollars for the alignment, which was a plus. I'm just a little weary now. I'm fairly sure tire alignment is a novice job.......

Finally, an automotive service provider that knows a thing or two about good customer service. The owner's are good people and they hired good people to work there. I feel comfortable sending anybody I know there.
