User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRUN AWAY!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! When I started my business a year and a half ago, Big Local contacted me to help my placement on the internet. I joined and I also setup things on my own with Google, Yahoo, etc. I noticed that the things I did actually appeared before the things they did so they reall didn't help with placement. The only way to distinguish between what I did and what they did is by the phone number. They use a bogus phone number that forwards to your line. When I decided to leave them they deleted all the stuff I had created. If you look at the "fine print" on their website, you give them permission to do this. Imagine my amazment when my stuff including very positive reviews of my company were deleted. Since I gave them permission (to my surprise), I can't do anything about it.
This company promised the moon but all I saw was stars!! Now I have two choices go back with them or start over. WOW, what a bad day-

This company is all Yak. They promise big and deliver nothing! I agreed to a 60 day trial period. After 40 days, I wasn't listed anywhere. The web site they produced was unprofessional. when I told them to cancel and give me a refund for what I had already paid, they refused. I told them that I intend to call a local radio show that airs consumer complaints, they said they would sic their attorney on me! I recorded the conversation with the rep and its actually pretty funny!

Total scam. Misslisted several times. Never fullfilled the contract. Promise whatever you ask, then say don't know whom you have talked to.
