We worked with Haval Abbas while looking to buy a house in Austin and our experience with him was fantastic! We did two visits to scout the various neighborhoods, and Haval spent two full days with us showing us various parts of town. He scheduled appointments at several homes in advance. Our visits were extremely well planned and we were able to quickly decide the neighborhood and builder. Haval did a great job of negotiating price, providing constant updates, working with the builder, and in general staying on top of everything during the construction of the house. With all the recent financial regulations, there was plenty of angst during the Closing process but we were well prepared thanks to his planning and advice. In summary: We were extremely pleased. Haval is patient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn t ask for more. Two thumbs up! We know who we are calling the next time we are in the market!
