User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI can not say one good thing about this place. I only went to Dave and Buster's because this is where my office went for our Christmas dinner. Really! First of all, the service was horrible. My co-workers were there when I arrived and they already had their drinks. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the waitress to take my drink order. It took her another 15 minutes to bring me my drink. By the time I received my drink, the ice had melted and it was undrinkable. The food was also horrible. My co-workers ordered appetizers. The only appetizer I tried was the chips and queso. I ate one chip with a small amount of queso. The chips and queso both tasted like they were highly over-processed fake food. For dinner I ordered the char grilled salmon. It came with green beans and rice. I ate several small bites of the salmon, but it was under cooked. The green beans were tough. I did not eat any of the rice because it did not look appetising to me. I was hungrier when I left this place than I was when I arrived. In addition to the poor service and food, this place is more geared for children than adults. This definitely is not a place to go to have a nice, relaxing dinner.

Its an 18+ Restaurant. Theres a reason for the violent games. Children are only allowed if parents are present.
Agreed, this is supposed to be the high class version of an adult chuck-e-cheese. There is a reason for the higher prices, it's because you're paying for world class service, ambience, and experience. If you don't want to pay for high quality like that then I suggest Gatti Town.
