Good work, fast & thorough, fair price, answers his phone. David is expert in fixing problems under the house in that nasty crawl space. He also installed GFI plugs, fixed some roof flashing and vented an eave. He does it all. I hired him to satisfy a re-sale inspection report. His invoices are not detailed enough to prove that the work was done so loan him your camera to take pictures of the work completed. Best handyman I've ever used.

David is one of the most responsible and reliable home repair folks I have ever met. He does great work and offers honest advice. I would highly recommend his services.

We live out of state and trust him with a key to our rental property.
