User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe place is pretty, the food is great but after all the hidden gratuities and fees, you will realize you could have gone to a much better venue/caterer. And watch the numbers very carefully! They WILL make mistakes but they will tell you the mistakes are yours so prepare for a fight to get overcharges back!!! Also if your event does not look or run the way they feel it should(and I'm not talking about anything out of the ordinary, just different than how they do things), the nice faces go away fast and your big day will turn sour! As they say "don't judge a book by it's cover" because this is one beautifully, leather-bound, NIGHTMARE!!!

I booked Kensington Gardens and put a $1,700 deposit down, however, I am in the military and was deployed. Kensington Gardens refused to give me a refund.
