Olive Garden Italian Rstrnt

My husband and I love eating at Olive Garden and this one was very good. Our favorite dish is Chicken Marsala which we share since portions are so big. We were dining with friends and one had the Tilapia with angel hair pasta that she said was wonderful, but too much to finish. Her husband had the lasagna and said it was very good. Salad was crisp and yummy, the bread sticks were hot and garlicy, and the guys both had the Pasta Fazooli soup. Their Tiramisu is to die for... We will definitely go back when we are in town.

The food is great, the atmosphere reminds me of eating at grandma's house, and they make a WICKED Chocolate Martini! I love eating at this Olive Garden, everything is better than I expect, every time I eat there. I haven't been served by such friendly people in any other restaurant, and any restaurant where the waiters are extra sweet to my girl is okay in my book!

My son has food allergies, so eating out is often problematic. We have not been to an Olive Garden in years. When my husband requested Olive Garden for father's day I called beforehand. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in letting me know ingredients, which was a rare treat.

When we ordered I asked our server, Nate, if we could have some crackers for my son since he couldn't eat the bread and wouldn't eat salad. Nate appologized for the lack of crackers. He came back after putting in our order and inquired about my son's allergies more. Nate offered to get him some olives instead. He came back with a heap of olives. My son loves olives and was very pleased with his mountain of olives.

It is great to have somebody go out of their way to help my son! I feel so often like I get just the opposite when trying to keep my son safe. The Nampa Olive Garden certainly made my husband and I very happy.

We will be going there next time we are in Idaho.
