User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI love Dunkin Donuts. I would say that I like the donuts but had bad service at the take out window. One time I ordered chocolate frosted and received chocolate frosted cake. On my next visit I ordered chocolate frosted and when the cashier was handing it to me I asked if it is the cake and told her about my previous experience. She looked at me like I was crazy or something and looked at her co -employee to confirm it, (not if its a cake but whether I was crazy) Anyway bad service.

I haven't had any problems with the service... its no worse than the kids who work at the Dunkin Donuts on the East Coast... I don't expect the minimum wage workers to do backflips for me... The coffee tastes great... and the donuts taste just the same as far as I remember. I don't eat donuts all the time, but I can have my fix of Boston Creme now and then... I'm not a donut expert as it seems some of the other people on here are... and if they are more expensive... what can I say... don't buy them if its out of your budget, you do have choice. Its called capitalism... get used to it!!!

This place is great! always friendly service for me... it's true, it's not an east coast D&D, and the prices maybe higher, but i am glad to have the great tasting coffee and donuts that i grew up with! I'll gladly pay a bit extra to enjoy my favorite morning stop!

Donut fan......is clueless! If you are willing to pay higher prices for product that is nothing like real DD then you really are a stooge! You are no real donut fan!
