My partner and I vactioned in Amelia Island last week. We spent some time in St. Mary's, GA. The Cottage Shop owner suggested we visit Ballast Pointe Trading Co. We were not certain where we were headed but were plesantly surprised when we reached our destination. The shop is amazing. The owners are friendly. The shop reminded me of a cross between Bungalow (Atlanta), Paris Market & Brocante (Savannah)---my favorite shop ever, and South of Market (Atlanta). The vignettes are well-done. We cannot wait until the website is up and functional. We will be back there soon....
    What a great surprise!!!
    Good Luck!!!

WOW! This place is AWESOME! This store is like walking into a home magazine--it's so fantastic to have Martha Stewart-Berhardt and Lee and other amazing national brands right here. But, best of all, are the displays--the choice of styles, fabrics, accessories and all the store's contents, including antiques and one-of-a-kind collectibles. Why, I used to have to go to Atlanta to get this kind of class! And the interior-designer owner, Dana, has such a talent--and one she freely shares with customers as part of the store's service! Tell everyone--this a MUST place to shop.
