User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars"Dr Jen's" office is a much loved destination for my kids! The staff is super friendly and the kids love going to the office. Our three year old will even pretend to have issues if she thinks we can go see Dr Jen! Never thought going to the dentist would be such a good time! From the first greeting at the desk, to the dental assistants and Dr Jen- all are friendly and knowledgeable and make the visit "fun".

I loved this place!!! I live in Ankeny and definitely would encourage people to drive to Altoona to see Dr. Jen! My children just had their dental appointments- the staff was friendly, Dr. Jen took a lot of time to get to know me and my children. My whole family will be switching to this office. My children will see Dr. Jen and my husband and I will go to Dr. Pat. Check out their website :)

Their website says the $50 fee is for 2 cancelled appointments. I only cancelled one and they are charging me the $50 fee. Stay away from this place. What a rip off!!!!!
