   After months of smelling the horrible scent of dog urine, I finally decided to look up a carpet cleaner to see if they could get the smell out of my house. I phoned Flat Rate Carpet for free estimate. The staff were very friendly, but more importantly, THEY GOT THE SMELL out. Now all I have left is to train my dog!

   A friend referred me after my cat had an accident upon my sofa. Flat Rate came out gave me a great estimate and removed the accident spot that day. I just wanted to say thank you and I too will be referring you on.

   I called FlatRate Carpet for the first time after moving into a new apartment. The landlord assured me that he would take care of the awful stains in the carpets that the prior tenant left-- but failed to do so.
   
   FlatRate Carpet came to my home, gave me a free estimate, and then quickly, yet efficiently took care of the job that MY LANDLORD didn't! Needless to say, that without a doubt I would recommend them to my friends and family.
