I always come here when I go shopping at the Town Center. Service and employees are soo much better than when the place was new. Sometimes their soup is cold, but otherwise pretty good for lunch.

The food here is good, however, the service sucks. Everytime I go here, I have problems with the people at the front who place my order. For example, once I was giving my order to the cashier, who's kinda of weird, and in the middle of me placing my order, he starts making small talk to the other cashier next to him and I had to start over. This is just blatantly rude. Another time, a different cashier told me they were out of chili (which is extra) after I ordered it, but failed to give me back my change. I'm a very easy customer to deal with and I try to be polite to people in retail and food service and I know it can be stressful dealing with the public because I used to work in both industries, but this service is pretty lousy. And for the amount of money you spend in this place, it should be a lot better.
