Savemore Computer Repair & Service

What else can I say except Savemore has the best service around? I brought my computer to Jim for a major clean-up from viruses and spyware yesterday afternoon; before noon today I was able to retrieve it and I'm back in business. Honesty and integrity go a long way in my book, so I will continue to use Savemore and also recommend them to everyone.

· After many horror stories with some well known repair companies .I found Savemore ,and have been taking my computers there for over three years. I own 4 now and they all run great! I drive close to two hours one way to have them serviced by Jim. His knowledge is unmatched and his service and honesty are beyond reproach . His customer always comes first. When he says your computer will be ready in 24hrs.it will be. What he quotes is what you pay. He is always up front about whether something is worth repairing or not and will take time to explain what he is doing and why. Moreover, Jim will teach you how to keep computers running well between tune-ups. I have two teenagers who are constantly on the internet. Jim took time to explain to them the dangers of downloading ,or opening things they are not sure of. I will not purchase a computer or even software without first consulting Jim. Over the years Jim has saved me a lot of money and many headaches !!! Did I tell you I drive almost two hours one way to Savemore?

I was in need of someone to remove spyware and viruses that my antivirus program was not removing. My computer would no longer log onto the internet and it was running really slow. A friend had told me that soon the computer would not start up at all unless I got rid of the infections and that was the only way to get back my internet connection. I found Jim at Savemore from his listing and web page on the Internet. After speaking to him on the phone I could tell he knew what was wrong and I liked that he quoted me a price in advance before I even took the computer to him. I had called several other places and they did not want to give me a price on the phone and they told me it would take a week or more before I got it back. When I went to pick up my computer just 24 hours later Jim actually booted it up on the premises and showed me what to do to prevent infections in the future. The computer ran like it was brand new and I was so impressed with the results I also took him my other desktop and my laptop. All three are running fast now and I now know how to keep from getting viruses and spyware. I could not be happier with the service and results I got from having my computers worked on by Jim. I highly recommend Jim and Savemore.
