I used Reliance relocation and the only thing reliable about them was they were reliably late by a day for pick up and days for drop off, broke things that were well packed and tried to charge extra with out justifying the increased cost. When I called to find out why they were not there for pick up they claimed they had tried to call but my phone was busy, sorry I have a cell phone with call waiting and at no point during that day was I on both lines. So they then could not make it on the scheduled day it had to be the next day! For the drop off they were supposed to store my things in a storage center close to my new location. They of course did not. They took my things back to NJ. So when I called to have them delivered they tried to again lie and tell me I had told them it would be a long storage not a short storage. Therefore they took it back with them to their own storage facility. The pick up was done with a Penske truck and the drop off in a non-descript moving truck. Also for the drop off when I called to find out were the driver was he had been given the wrong town/address that was off by over 300 miles and so reliably my things were delivered very late that night instead of the promised early afternoon, 4 days after the first promised delivery date. Needless to say, unless you want to be reliably disappointed, frustrated and over charged go with another company.

stay away from them
THE SALESFORCE IS ONLY 1 PERSON CAUSE THE OWNER SAYS HE HAS NO MONEY TO PAY HIS EMPLOYEES.
EVERY SALESPERSON HAD TO QUIT WHILE THE OWNER DRIVES A NEW LUXURIOUS VEHICLE TO WORK.
THIS GUY SHOULD RUN AWAY

NO TO RELIANCE!

They're incompetent and they're crooks. There's a class action building against them and, per one of the reg sites, they've ahd their license revoked involuntarily twice in recent years.

You can't trust a word they say. They're internet quote is just a joke to them; they're not bound by it and you'll know that when you get the final bill at double the amount of the quote.

They're moving people are just off the street, send trucks that are too small and just rentals.

STAY AWAY!
