not a pleasent store, no one will offer to help unless you chase them down and then when they go to check on something count on 10 to 15 minutes before they come back, 1.5 hours to buy a stereo that was on
the shelf.

Well, I go into Best Buy.....Yes its Christmas time and I expect it to be busy. But when I see employees standing around speaking to each other while customers are searching for help is unexceptable. Then since I had just left the Jacksonville Best Buy and they sent me to Morehead due to them still having stock on a camera I finally get someone to help me and ask for the camera. The Jax Best buy said there was a promotion online for an extra memory card and that the store would honor the web sites promotions. Well not MHC Best buy. They were actually quite rude about it. As a matter of fact I can now see why they still had stock on there shelves. Mainly because they dont want to SELL anything. Dont want to WORK! and to be honest I would rather pay a little extra for the mom and pop store that has good customer service. I will now be looking for a camera online or wait until I go to a bigger city to go to there competitor.

Interesting...I didn't think much about it because I find the same problem elseware but indeed the service in the TV and stereo dept was the worst salesman I think I've ever met. He just wanted to be somewhere else and I were his boss he would be.
the camera geek was pretty knowledgeable.
