User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIf you are looking for a agent you might want to think twice about doing business with Mr Tate. His business practice are not at all professional, If you rent from him please don't expect him to fix anything that is broken from a "act of nature" It has been over a month that the house I am renting from him and it has still not been fixed. ( to include no use to the oven , garage opener,and many other things which i am paying for in my monthly rent). Mr Tate takes it upon himself to give out your cell number without your permission. Please think twice about using him for anything and is full of empty promises. "I'm working as fast as I can to fix the problems. July 8 to August 14 2008 seems long enough to fix anything.
