My son and I had an awful experience here. First, it is very expensive, for the video games just go to Chuch E Cheese where everything is only 1 token. As for the bounce houses, adults are not allowed in. I understand why, but when you have a small child and there are bigger children in there, adults need to be allowed in just to protect their kids. My son is 2, he was scared, just wanted me to sit in the corner of the jump house. They wouldn't allow it. Then he got stuck up on a slide and was crying, I went in to get him off and the lady got very mad at me. I said what am I supposed to do??? She said come and get her (who is sometimes hard to find in that big place) and she'd go in and get him off. Come on-who is going to leave their scared and crying child to go find some worker to come and get them off? They were very rude. There needs to be some type of rule that allows adults in, just not to jump. We will NEVER go back and I urge everyone not to give them any business. There is a big jump house at Funplex in East Greenbush, very nice and only $3.
