They were great; not only did they come to my house to fix my TV (which meant I didn't have to lug it down two flights of stairs and into the car), but they came the day after I called, at the time they said they'd be there. They fixed my TV in 20 minutes, and it works great now. They charges what they quoted me, with no hidden fees. Also a bonus - no additional fee for them to come do the repair in my home! I'll definitely use them again!
