User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis company was recommended to me by a dear friend who had them out to their home to test their air (They had severe mold) and to fix the problem. My friend ranted and raved about how nice and kind the gentleman was, how good at what he did, and thoroughly professional he was. My friend had Greener's Cleaners, LLC install permanent air purification systems after cleaning the air ducts and their dryer vents. They have two dryers and BOTH were completely clogged!!! I watched the DVD Mr. Greener did of their air ducts before and after the cleaning and I must say, it was disgusting! Mr. Greener came to my home and he looked in the vents with the little camera and showed me the DVD and I felt they needed to be cleaned based on the free video inspection. Mr. Greener did not pressure me at any point and in fact, he gave me a crash course on indoor air and the air duct/vent cleaning industry. Quite informative! I felt very comfortable with this man in my house and during the course of 7.5hrs on the date we set to clean the air ducts and I must say, he was delightful to have in my home and he showed me the "after" video showing how clean and scrubbed my air ducts were in comparison to the "before" video. When he cleaned my dryer vent he found a 4'10" clog! I always clean my dryer vent thing at every load but he showed me how the lint can build up in the dryer itself and the vent line to outside, but still it clogged. It's funny because my clothes have been taking forever to dry! Not anymore... They dry in half the time now and no more burnt smell in my laundry room. Thank you Mr. Greener for protecting my family and I from fire! I would heartily recommend Greener's Cleaners to anyone appreciative of excellent quality work where he does MORE than he says he will do. I've referred Mr. Greener to 4 of my friends and neighbors and I will continue to do so. Victoria B., Greenville, DE
